Are alcohol and drugs legal in Bali?

The purchase and consumption of alcohol are legal in Bali. However, please be aware that Indonesia enforces extremely strict drug laws. Drugs are illegal and not allowed. If you are found to be in possession or even found to have drugs in your system, you will be arrested, prosecuted, and potentially given a life sentence in prison. 

We do not want you to get into any trouble, so we urge to respect the laws of Bali during your stay! Please, be aware that the Luxè Week operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. If at any time during your stay you are found in possession of illegal substances, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without paying you a refund. This means (amongst other things) that you could be made to leave the villa you have booked immediately.
