What happens if I join a Luxè Week late?

Please aim to arrive on time so you get the chance to meet the rest of your villa and join the opening activities.

Check-in will be at 14:00pm on the opening day (e.g. if your trip dates are 1st-7th, opening day is the 1st and check-in will be at 14:00 PM).

Check-out will be at 11:00 am on the final day of each trip (e.g. if your trip dates are 1st-7th, the final day is the 7th and check-out will be at 11:00 am)

We would highly recommend flying in the day before the opening day and booking transitionary (e.g. hotel or AirBnb) accommodation for the night so that you do not miss any of the activities on the first day and are in time for check-in.

However, if for any reason you are delayed and arrive a couple of hours late, please let us know in advance on bookings@theluxeweek.com.
