Airport transfers, how do I organise this before I arrive?

Bali’s main international airport is Ngurah Rai (DPS).

As of 2023, our packages no longer include Airport Transfers. However, after you land, there are plenty of taxis available to take you to your destination. The most popular taxi service at the airport is called 'Bluebird', or you can order a taxi using your smartphone by downloading the Grab app (Asia's equivalent to Uber). We'd highly recommend downloading Grab, before you fly - so you can book a taxi with ease on arrival.

Check-in will be at 14:00pm on the opening day (e.g. if your trip dates are 1st-7th, opening day is the 1st and check-in will be at 14:00 PM).

Check-out will be at 11:00 am on the final day of each trip (e.g. if your trip dates are 1st-7th, the final day is the 7th and check-out will be at 11:00 am)

We would highly recommend flying in the day before the opening day and booking transitionary (e.g. hotel or AirBnb) accommodation for the night so that you do not miss any of the activities on the first day and are in time for check-in. Unfortunately, we don't have a recommended list of places to stay either but we'd suggest booking accommodation in the Canggu area as that is where all Luxè Week villas are located so when you book your taxi transfers it will be easier and cheaper for you.
