We completely understand that due to COVID-19, travel is very uncertain at the moment with plans subject to change at any time! So to help out our guests we have updated our refund & cancellation policies so you can have more flexibility and peace of mind!
If you cancel within 24 hours after booking, you will be entitled to receive a full refund on your booking with our Money Back Guarantee! Any cancellations made after the 24-hour cancellation period will no longer be eligible for a refund or Credit Voucher for the total value of any payments made. In order to request a refund, just email email@example.com with your booking ID requesting your cancellation.
If you change your mind on your travel dates and want to change your booking to another week, there may be an option to do so depending on trip logistics and availability - at no additional cost. Each case is assessed on an individual basis and there's no guarantee that we can make the change. However, for any changes please note, that we need a minimum of 90 days notice for the new trip/week you would like to switch to. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking ID and we'll let you know if a switch is possible on your new preferred dates and make the change!
