When will we receive arrival information?

When you have secured your space on the Luxè Week you will receive a confirmation of your booking to your email, alongside your Welcome Pack and Itinerary.

If you have selected our payment plan option, you will also receive a breakdown of your instalment plan in a separate email.

If you have made a room or group booking you will receive your exact villa details (i.e. address & location) and finalized itinerary 4 weeks prior to the planned event date. Once this is released you will be notified via email.
